How to Register for the Festival
Registration Fees
Early Registration $55.00 Applications must be postmarked by January 14, 2005.
Pre Registration $60.00 Applications must be postmarked by before February 1, 2005.
On site Registration $65.00 All registrations after February 1, 2005.
Payment
Payment must accompany registration and is non-refundable. Make checks payable to: Phoenix College Theatre Dept. All returned checks are subject to a $15.00 fee.

Closing Night Buffet
If you wish to attend the closing night buffet, there will be a $10.00 fee collected at registration.
Registration forms are provided as Microsoft Word "form" documents where you must use your TAB key to move between entry fields. Print your completed form and submit it along with payment to the addresses provided on the form and listed below. Be sure to save a copy of your completed forms for your records.
Individual Registration
Use this form for a single individual registration. Be sure to also download the NEXT STEP application form below if you plan to apply for this program.

Use this form to register a group from a single organization/institution. The person completing the form should be a primary contact. The application must include payment for the entire group.

Irene Ryan Intent to Participate Form
Festival participants who plan to compete in the Irene Ryan Scholarship competitions must download and complete this application, and submit before January 24, 2005. Details are in the form.

NEXT STEP Registration
The NEXT STEP auditions and interviews are for students looking for possible employment with a number of different entertainment groups. Actors, dancers, singers, directors, designers and technicians can all sign up for an interview with the different companies.
