Creating Connections with Learning Communities

Learning Communities, which link 2 or 3 courses and enroll a common group of students, are a growing phenomenon in Maricopa. The effects of this restructuring of students' time, credit, and learning experiences are a more coherent curriculum as well as stronger connections among students, betwen students and their teachers, and among faculty members and their disciplines.
