Please join us for lunch and an afternoon dedicated to sharing, collegiality and professional development. We welcome participation by faculty, advisors and counselors as everyone's input, expertise and contributions are extremely important to the success of this event.
Objectives
Participants will:
- Increase their understanding of the characteristics and success issues of our under prepared students.
- Discuss teaching and learning barriers that under prepared students are faced with
- Increase our understanding of the different perspectives and insights of our college colleagues helping under prepared students be successful.
- Share best practices for teaching
