The subject deals with focusing on the resources (personnel and other) that it takes to actually pull off a really involved web site production project and then keep it going. The "keep it going" part is the meat of the issue for us. We'd like to convey our good/bad experiences and outline what is needed to keep things fresh and current in order to maintain our audience's interest. We also plan talk about the advantages and challenges of relating the virtual world of the web to the real world of the employee's work environment around them.
