National webinar on how to address various components of designing and implementing a hybrid instructional model. topics included an introduction and overview of hybrid learning: an overview of the model, national data and trends, information about the net generation learner; guidelines and best practices for institutional implementation: marketing to students, student readiness, copyright, hybrid learning quality assurance; and ready-to-use hybrid redesign program: seven-components program to be used in assisting faculty members with designing or redesigning a course for the hybrid model.

Online Course Design. Academic Impressions. December 3-5, 2008. Denver, Colorado.
3-day training focused on the development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of the online learning model with particular attention given to the unique challenges of developing online learning. Topics included constructing instructional strategies, developing instructional materials that are aligned with course objectives, identifying appropriate technologies, and delivering and validating instructional materials and processes.
