Auto-starting a CD-ROM

For PC(Win 95 / NT) : In "Notepad", type :


   OPEN=YourProjectorName.EXE

and save it as "autorun.inf". Put this file in root directory of your CD and that's it.

I'd also recommend you to use a launcher file (you can find it on your Director CD under goodies/launcher). Projector sometimes takes long time to load, especially of the CD, and this can confuse user. Launcher enables you to put some sort of message on the screen while projector is loading "please wait" etc. )

For MAC : in Toast, you have option to select autostart file. I believe you need to have QT 2.5 installed for autorun to work, but I'm not sure.
