How would you like to add Playback controls to your Quicktime movies without using any additional sprites?

It can be tricky to write lingo code for controlling the playback of Quicktime movies. There are behaviors these days for making buttons, or sliders, but it's also possible to embed playback controls *inside* your Quicktime movies by adding wired sprite tracks.

I've made a bunch of more or less 'standard' controls. You can change the graphics if you want. Included controls are

Play/Pause
(This button will act as a pause button if the movierate is anything but 0.)
Play backwards
Stop
Go to start and stop
Go to end and stop
Fast Forward (double speed)
Rewind (double speed)
Slider controller
