Subject: Encrypting/Hiding Extenal Video
s a simple deterrent against people playing QuickTime videos outside of
a projector, I include a black video layer over top of all other video
layers. You can also include an annoying, garbled noise sound track.
People who open the movies without QuickTime Pro just see black and hear
an obnoxious mix of sound. During playback in Director, disable the
black track and the garbled sound track with a simple line of code, and
everything works nicely.
