Faculty In Progress Program

"My goal for the FIPP is to become a residential faculty in Maricopa in a position that would allow me to work in the areas of diversity and multiculturalism. I want to inspire individuals to embrace diversity and facilitate the infusion of multiculturalism. The FIPP is an invaluable opportunity for me to enhance my professional and academic development. I believe the mentoring component of the program is key because it allows me to gain work experience, further my knowledge regarding faculty responsibilities, and have the opportunity to network and showcase my talents throughout the Maricopa County Community College District. The district strives for excellence, attains it, and seeks out progressive and innovative methods for continued growth and improvement. We are a perfect match!"
