FPG Deadlines: All Program

Do you have academic or non-academic activities that you want to have applied to this year's salary?

All applications for 2007-08 salary advancement MUST be received at the District FPG Office by 3:00 PM, August 24 in order to be considered for the September 4th meeting. Applications received AFTER August 24th, and subsequently approved by this committee, will not become effective until 2008-09 (see calendar).

The deadline for official transcripts or grade reports to reach Wage and Salary Supervisor is September 15th.

Do you want to apply for a sabbatical for next year?

Sabbatical applications must reach your Faculty Professional Growth Representative in time to get to the District by October 1st for sabbaticals to be awarded for the following academic year.

Sabbatical applications must be submitted to the college Vice President of Academic Affairs by October 1 at 3:00 PM. If this date occurs on a weekend, the due date is the Friday prior to October 1.

Do you want to apply for a summer project?

Summer project applications must be submitted to your Campus Representative by noon on the Thursday before Spring Break. If you want your FPG representative to review a draft of your application, you must submit it by the Friday before the deadline for final applications.

Submit your final report to your FPG representative via the FPG Electronic Forms center on or before September 30.

Do you want to apply for registration fees?

Reimbursement for registration fees require pre-approvallook up in glossary , and must be submitted to your FPG fees representative before the activity begins. Please submit your form as soon as you decide to register for the event to give your representative and the committee adequate time to process your request.

Do you want to apply for Professional Unpaid Leave?

Applications for Professional Unpaid Leaves must be submitted to the the college Dean of Instruction or forwarding to the Professional Growth committee no later than February 15

The District FPG Committee, campus Deans of Instruction and District Administrators recognize the very extraordinary circumstances warranting these requests and may be able to work outside this published deadline.
