This is a peer reviewed benefit program under the direction of the Faculty Executive Council and the Faculty Professional Growth Committee as described in the Residential Faculty Policies. The Faculty Association and its Meet and Confer team negotiate for the funding of this program. What is FPG?Here you will find the guidelines for the Faculty Professional Growth (FPG) programs. This information is intended to assist each full-time faculty member in understanding and using the variety of programs of the Faculty Professional Growth Committee. The Residential Faculty Policies (RFP), a negotiated document between the District Faculty Association and the Maricopa Community Colleges Governing Board direct these Guidelines. The Guidelines direct the action of the FPG Committee and assist faculty as they submit appropriate applications and supporting materials. The Faculty Executive and FPG Committees have agreed that procedural statements in the Guidelines are the official operating guidelines. Your FPG Faculty Professional Growth Representative is available to assist you in this program.
