Our Vision
The MCCD Faculty and Staff Development Committee will become a catalyst for effective
teaching and learning and for the development of an organizational culture and environment
that are learning-centered.
Our Mission
The MCCD Faculty and Staff Development Committee will enrich and support student
and organizational learning by:
- providing opportunities to explore and test methods of teaching and learning;
- encouraging dialogue, collaboration, and community building about and around
learning;
- contributing to an organizational climate that encourages and rewards innovation;
and
- advocating the alignment of policies and procedures.
