Intercultural Competence: The Mindset (Part 1 of 3)

Part 2 of 3, Intercultural Competence: The Skillset (Race and Gender) will be held Monday, January 7, 2002 at Scottsdale Community College from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Turquoise Room (SC 164).
Part 3 of 3, Intercultural Competence: The Skillset (Culture-General Interaction) will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2002 at South Mountain Community College from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Student Union (SU) Room 100ABC.
This three-part workshop has been pre-approved for 11 clock hours towards Faculty Professional Growth (FPG) non-academic advancement. Residential faculty who wish to receive FPG credit must attend all three sessions from beginning to end.
In conjunction with the Employee and Organizational Learning Team (EOLT), the Bennetts will be offering an additional workshop from 8:00 - 11:30 a.m. on January 7, "Developing Intercultural Competence: Creating a Climate of Respect in the Workplace."
