meeting request for faculty convocation 2004

Instructional Councils, discipline/department groups, and special interest groups are welcome to request meeting space for the afternoon hours of Faculty Convocation. We are planning for the afternoon meetings to begin after lunch at 1:30 p.m. to allow time for participants to work their way through the buffet lunch lines. All meetings will take place in Phoenix College classrooms. If you have special AV needs, please indicate them below.

If you would like to schedule a meeting during the afternoon of Faculty Convocation 2004, please provide the following information:
