fellowships and exchanges: International & Intercultural Education (I&IE) Mexico FellowshipdescriptionThe MCCD Mexico Fellowship has been designed to allow faculty the opportunity to live, teach, and take classes while immersed in the Mexican culture. Spanish language instruction is included in the program. While in Mexico, faculty will learn about topics such as history, the economy, and Mexico's educational system. Faculty will also teach courses to students at Maricopa's partner institution, La Universidad Veracruzana. Maricopa faculty will live with carefully selected host families. If the discipline of the faculty member is not part of the curriculum at La Universidad Veracruzana, the faculty may be assigned teaching responsibilities in English, U.S.History, or American Cultures. eligibilityParticipants must be residential faculty members.
