grants: Renewal Funds

description

Supports organizational learning and employee growth through employee-designed projects designed to revitalize the organization, revive organizational values, support cultural change, and expand the capacity to be creative. Activities developed from the renewal initiative reflect Maricopa's values, are systemic (not necessarily system-wide), support teamwork, are employee-generated, are flexible and innovative in design and implementation, support learning, and encourage cultural commitment to renewal.

Renewal funding is administered through the Department of Employee and Organizational Development. Criteria and guidelines are available on the web site or by contacting Ruth Barmore (see below).
