"Sister Moses: The story of Harriet Tubman" Sonia Valle (Paradise Valley) "Sister Moses:The story of Harriet Tubman" was a collaboration and performance of Desert Dance Theatre and the PVCC Dance Program. There were three components: a collaboration, a lecture demonstration and a final performance to the project.
Exploring e-Portfolios Options for Education Majors at Mesa Community College Tawn Hauptli (Mesa) The purpose of this project was to research the feasibility of implementing an e-Portfolio tool into the Education Studies department at Mesa Community College.
Art and Community - Dance That Unifies Lenna DeMarco (Glendale) This project was originally designed to involve ASU and GCC dancers and members of the community at large under the direction of choreographer David Dorfman. The concept was to involve various groups performers of different backgrounds and dance experience to create a dance work that could be performed in both traditional and non-traditional performance spaces over the course of one semester.
