A New Millennium: New Faces and Last spring, when Bertha Landrum was the acting Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Student Development, she asked me to serve as the Interim Director of the Maricopa Center for Learning and Instruction (MCLI) for one year. The Center would continue to support the campus Faculty Developers; Ocotillo and instructional technology; Dialogue Days; the Maricopa Institute for Learning (MIL); instructional design, evaluation and assessment; and the publications, Forum, Labyrinth, and Assidere. In July, when she became Vice Chancellor, Dr. Anna Solley moved Professional Growth under the MCLI umbrella as well. With all of this reorganization has come the opportunity for many faculty to contribute to creating and meeting the goals of the Center. The MCLI staff and faculty coordinators include:

We hope that you will continue to participate and support the professional development opportunities that the MCLI offers throughout the year. Your feedback is always welcome.
