Learning Grants Update 2000-2001
The Learning Grant funds for 2001-2002 projects have been awarded.
The application period that began on April 16, 2001 and closed on June 14, 2001 drew 48 proposals for a total value of $350,881. Faculty representing 8 colleges submitted the proposals.
As of July 30, 2001, 46 proposals had been funded for a total of $181,451. The total number of dollars available was $185,000. The balance is being held in contingency to help offset the difference between project projections and real costs, e.g. speakerıs travel.
