This meeting was held at Phoenix College on October 7, 1998 as the next step following the learning@maricopa.edu paper of October 1997. The format for the meeting is based upon the book Open Space Technology, A User's Guide by Harrison Owen.

Using the Open Space meeting format, the participants generated the following key issues and discussions that follow.
