    2. Here is how it works
      1. Introduce an issue that you want to discuss; one that is related to our central topic: How can we improve upon one or Maricopa's core values: LEARNING
      2. Come and be a convener for your issue
        1. Come to the table;
        2. Write your issue;
        3. Introduce it;
        4. Take it to one of the convening areas
      3. When all issues have been introduced, we invite the rest of you to gather where the issue has been posted.
      4. With your group, proceed to an area for discussion of your topic
      5. Agree upon someone to lead the discussion
      6. Have someone be the recorder
      7. Continue your discussion until we reconvene
      8. At any time, feel free to invoke "the law of two feet."
      9. We will reconvene to report out
      10. Finally we will conclude by answering this question: "What can we do to act on these issues?" Part of your commitment is to become personally responsible for taking action
