Voter Online Information and Communication Exchange (VOICE)

We have developed a prototype that will make voter education information available to the public through terminals in four public libraries in conjunction with the November 1994 elections. The information available will include (but not be limited to): candidate guides; local voters' bulletins; voter education publications from the local and national Leagues of Women Voters; candidate biographies, voting records, and campaign finance records from Project Vote Smart.
