This project funded the presentation of a workshop on the development of student learning outcomes in Student Affairs' programs and services. Maggie Culp worked with employees for all Maricopa Colleges, the District Office, and ASU to begin to identify learning outcomes. Personnel followed-up on this initial work to formalize and institute learning outcomes.

This workshop series took a hands-on approach to understanding the pedagogy behind hybrid course design. Participants engaged in relevant discussion on topics such as preparing for hybrid education, hybrid course management, humanizing the hybrid, and assessment. Insight was provided by various workshop facilitators who are experts in the field of E-learning. Each workshop had a hands-on application of concepts learned by way of developing a hybrid course in Blackboard. At the end of the workshop series, participants had a significant portion of their hybrid course developed!
