This sophisticated database empowers students to be active in their educational planning by providing convenient access to individualized information in a student friendly, interactive format.

The Electronic Student File and Retention System (ESFII) is an advisement and retention tool designed to support student success. This sophisticated database empowers students to be active in their educational planning by providing convenient access to individualized information in a student friendly, interactive format. Through the use of ESFII, students have access to degree and certificate check sheets which also includes any transfer information specific to them, data about the arrival of transcripts from other institutions, personalized class schedules, and program admittance status. In addition, ESFII connects Rio Salado Distance Learners to the college by providing an email link to an assigned academic advisor and a message center for important updates. Note!
