Communication

summary

Using my cats and several "how to" books, I put together several video snippets about communication and how to communicate with others. These videos are available on youtube.com under sunsilvercat.

details

The grant was intended to fund the creation of several 2-3 minute videos concerning communication. These are shown to stimulate interest and to teach 'tips' for communicating more effectively.

------------------------------------------------------------
How did the project improve, advance, or enhance student learning? Please provide specific examples.
------------------------------------------------------------
These ideas are now available in the same format for all my students and those of others. Practical and helpful communication advice was added to the course content.

------------------------------------------------------------
How did you evaluate your project's success? What did it tell you?
------------------------------------------------------------
My students received the videos well. The success tells me it was agood idea.

------------------------------------------------------------
What is your plan to share this project with others?
------------------------------------------------------------
All of the videos are currently available on youtube either by a name search (I am Sunsilvercat) or a content search.

------------------------------------------------------------
What, if anything, will happen in the future with this project?
------------------------------------------------------------
I will probably extend the number of topics and videos in the future.

------------------------------------------------------------
What, if anything, would you do differently?
------------------------------------------------------------
Hard to say. Maybe I would start before I got funded.
