This was created to help students in MAT 082 (Arithmetic Review) who are having trouble with the concept of how to correctly change percents into fractions. It allows them to practice the concept on their own and gives them feedback after each problem whether they are doing the problem correctly or incorrectly. One of the nice features is that they can practice the problems as many times as they want because each question should use different numbers. The application was written using Macromedia Flash and can be accessed on any computer (PC or Mac). Note!
