Changeover of the Instructional Palette to Windows XP. Lead to improved teaching and learning because all faculty including all adjuncts, and all students can now access any general and specific software packages required for their specific course of studies from any academic workstation on campus using the current state of the art operationg system. The palette include server work/storage space, access to shared folders, instructor folders, internet access and student e-mail as well.

(1) cross-training of staff members for cross functionality. (2) chart a path for the future of course management software on campus. (3) adequately document procedures used internally within the IC.
