Elements of Technology Plans: CGC Otuline
The Ocotillo chairs agreed in the Ocotober 1 meeting that each college would include a
web page that lists and links to elements of its technology plan.
Elements/categories common to all college plans would be linked through the web
pages. This would facilitate access to common information by students, faculty,
staff, administrators, and others.
It was agreed that the following elements, listed in the Chandler Gilbert CC
technology plan outline, be used as a model. Each category within the Plan
element would include goals and objectives, current status, future plans,
timeline for goals attainment, and a plan for continual assessment of each
element/category.
