• Rosemary Kesler (GWCC)
  Attended last 2 days; valued the opportunity to discuss plans with their own team and the time they spent together; developed a list of goals for their committee.

• GCC -- Manny Griego (GCC)
  Considering the short notice Maricopa was well represented (41 total). Hopefully the momentum will carry over to Fall Semester.

• GCC -- Bob Albury (GCC)
  Their committee will begin discussing conference details sometime in November and December.

• Alan Levine (MCLI)
  Strong participation from GWCC, MCC, and CGCC. PC had a small group but they were very excited. AAHE will begin conference planning earlier which will result in stronger participation.

TLTRs - What's going on at the campuses

• GWCC -- Rosemary Kesler
  • The committee revised a possible vision and mission statement for the use of technology at GWCC which they will submit to the Strategic Planning Committee for consideration.
  • The purpose of GWCC TLTR is to serve in an advisory capacity.
  • A list of tasks have been developed and assigned to the committee members; the committee will meet every other week; meeting times have been set; rooms have been booked; open to anyone who would like to request or provide information; minutes will be included on the web.
• SCC -- Doug Sawyer
  • Meetings scheduled every other Wednesday beginning September 3, 1997.
  • One of the first items to be discussed is whether meetings should be open to all.
  • The TLTR would like the college President to address them at the first all faculty meeting this fall. Doug will discuss this possibility with the President in the next few weeks.
• GCC -- Bob Albury
  • No summer meetings held.
  • All meeting dates and times established for next year; rooms booked; meetings open to all.
  • Web site in place - no link yet.
  • Two years ago Glendale initiated a 5-year plan for the purchase of computers for lab classes, as of 97-98 this has been completed.
  • The college is working on getting computers for all part-time secretaries, faculty, etc.
• EMCCC -- Anna Solley
  • Roundtable being formed.
  • Faculty Development Center planned.
  • Chris MacCrate is assigned to Faculty Development and TLTR. He will tie these two together.
  • Chris is working on a plan for the full year. He will present this plan to Anna Solley, Homero Lopez, and faculty to get their feedback.
• SMCC -- Mary Long
  • Team set up and meeting set for fall
  • Web Site started
