Ocotillo: Best of the Best
DESTINATION: MARICOPA!
These "best of the best" webs sites (see the intro) represent 4 sites that have been been suggested so far. You are invited to suggest another to be added to the list.
- Valley of the Shadow (University of Virginia)
- "The Valley of the Shadow Project takes two communities, one Northern and one Southern, through the experience of the American Civil War. The project is a hypermedia archive of thousands of sources for the period before, during, and after the Civil War for Augusta County, Virginia, and Franklin County, Pennsylvania." Beyond its extensive collection of rich media resources about the Civil War, the site features a set of lesson activity ideas for either high school level or college level students, plus suggested topics for research papers.

- Neuroscience for Kids (University of Washington)
