Faculty face significant time pressures when developing an online or hybrid course. Initially, they focus on learning the technology, pedagogy, and content. Only later can they focus on the quality and effectiveness of the E-Learning materials. This presentation will address three areas: building online communities, creating online exercises and activities, and effective media use.

Participants will be given access to this Blackboard course so that they can fully explore it at their leisure.
