The Foreign Language Department at Phoenix College conducts oral exams for online courses. We (LTD & Foreign Language) developed a calendar system that allows faculty to identify available time-slots for students to schedule for the Oral exam. By clicking on a link within the course, the student can see available slots and registers for them. Confirmation emails are automatically sent to the student. The faculty can open their browser and see their schedule for the day. Faculty can also easily cancel a meeting due, add time-slots and delete time-slots. Cancelation emails are sent to the students autmatically with links for rescheduling appointments.

After developing this program we became aware that this can also be used by faculty in setting up office appointments very easily. Come take a look and see what you think.
