University of Phoenix develops Flash-based simulations which are custom designed to meet learning objectives for many courses. Two of the 163 simulations currently being used in the classroom will be demonstrated. One simulation will focus on Critical Thinking and the other on a Business topic.

The development process, successful implementation plan, and the response from faculty and students will be discussed during this interactive presentation.
