"What is your level of interest in this demo topic? (1-5)": Average:
4.19 (N=16)
"What questions do you have?": (N=10)
- Is there something other than Blogline?
- I mostly need time to compile feeds and to explore which ones to incorporate into my classes.
- "How much should I incorporate into my class? In fall, I will be teaching as an adjunct for the first time. (I'm MAT)"
- I need more time to work in this environment. I seem to be stuck in a circle right now.
- Managing the flow of info; disciplining the habit of checking feeds vs. emails.
- How long has RSS been used? How effective has it been?
- Some time between all of my classes for me to become familiar with the site. I have...current article days...this is very useful for that!
- Examples pf RSS use in economics (or other current event area).
- How are other faculty using blogs and RSS?
- What is RSS feed aggregator?
"What would you need to use this idea?": (N=10)
- Nothing.
- I plan to start using it this fall.
- Just time to play with it enough to be comfortable.
- I can't seem to get beyond 'my clip' every name I enter has been taken. (Alan's tool looks good).
- Very little extra is needed- I am ready to get started! Can't wait to use for my fall class.
- I would need students to check their Blogs. I would want more knowledge on RSS for all its uses.
- Excellent resource for teaching English.
- Just set it up! Thanks for the help.
- Have more people attend.
- Nothing other than practice.
