BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF TOOL

FRS responds to the financial regulations that apply to 
educational institutions. The system is comprised of an FA 
(Financial Accounting) application, an AP (Accounts Payable) 
application, a PR (Purchasing) application, and a BD (Budget 
Development) application.
