Hopefully your college's team has had some stimulating discussion at this Ocotillo Retreat. Our goal is to have each college Ocotillo Roundtable produce by next November a first draft of its Instructional Technology Plan.

While most of your retreat team may be going its separate ways over the summer, the faculty chairs and DI co-chairs will be doing preliminary research and refining the basic elements that each Instructional Technology Plan should include.

Before you leave Casa Grande, we suggest that your team list three or more "next steps" it will take (listing dates and persons involved). This information will not only assist your Rountable's chairs, it will be part of the contiunal documenting that will help your Roundtable assess its progress "down the road."
