Suggested Guidelines for Ocotillo Roundtables

These guidelines were developed during the 1996 restructuring of Ocotilli and were presented at the 1997 Ocotillo Retreat (see original version). They are modeled after the Teaching, Learning, Technologt Roundtable (TLTR) model outlined by the TLT Group.

Ocotillo-- Guidelines for Local Infrastructures:

CHAIR

Faculty Person
Purpose: To provide leadership / liaison with faculty / energy / direction

CO-CHAIR
- Dean of Instruction
  Purpose: Support / direction / technical assistance / resources / leadership / linkage
MEMBERS
- Faculty -- diverse set
  Characteristics
  - Senior <--> new comers
  - "Techies" <--> "Non Techies"
  - Occupational ed. -- transfer/developmental ed.
