Here is a linked chronology of what has happened and plans for the future.

• During the 1997-198 year, the Mesa Ocotillo Roundtable created an STA working group.
• May 19-20, 1998 -- At the Ocotillo retreat, STAs as a solution to problems arose in both the sessions on Faculty Devlopment and Technology Staffing. After the retreat, several faculty chairs expressed an interest in pursuing this further.
• August 4, 1998 -- Forum at Mesa Community College. Phil Long from Seton Hall University will join us via Internet videoconferencing along with some students in their program.
