Complete Ease of use and Design does not exist
Eliminate the Carnegie unit for courses
Faculty contract issues
Faculty resistance to $ spent
Fears of obselesence
How far up the "ladder" is needed?
Lack of unlimited money
Liberalise the compenssation structure
Overcome dogma, tradition, and shyness of risk taking
Overhaul grading/assessment system
