Read the following instructions to capture specifications for Frame, Unit and File fields on the error reporting form.
- Start up LEE and advance to the screen where the error occurs.
- Take your mouse and position the pointer on the right black frame of the window.
- Hold down the Shift key on the keyboard and click the right window frame and a dialog box will appear.
- In the dialog box LEE will tell you the screen information you will need to complete the form. Click on 'OK' to close dialog box and then exit LEE and return to the form.
- Upon returning to the form use the information LEE provided to fill in the Frame, Unit, and File fields.
