Ideas For Uses of the Software
Uses in the classroom:
How would you use this program or a particular part of this program in a classroom lesson? (List and explain the specific steps you would do so that another faculty member could clearly understand how to use this program in the classroom)

I would use your example ... After teaching a concept for a specific class, I would have the students work through a lesson. I would then have the students write a brief description of an incident in their past and discuss how information in the lesson could have changed the outcome.

I would use a lab setting prior to practice in class. Use to reinforce instructor's philosophy if they are the same or similiar. In assertiveness class or ESDB class or Learning Styles class, I would use it independently of class participations.

Uses in the Client Counseling:
How would you use this program in a client counseling situation? (List and explain the specific steps you would do so that another counselor could clearly understand how to use this program in a client setting)

Did you focus on "connecting"?
What did you do right? What did you do wrong?
What were the persons expectations?
How do you know? What evidence do you have? How did you respond?
Did your behavior/response work? Yes or No. If no, then why?

I would use with a sight learning or exponential learner who is having problems holding jobs or in relationships and practice during counseling sessions. Use with difficult students who resist the counseling process, but were required to see a counselor because of class or individual conflicts with their teacher or atmosphere.
