   It needs better organization, clearer directions, perhaps a linear sequence, perhaps a pretest or self-rating system so users can select just those parts of the program they want and/or need to use.

   Strengths: Show various aspects of goal setting ans situations in which goal setting can be used; quite comprehensive. Weaknesses/Limitations: Does not address psychological or emotional life issues. No additional highlights of important concepts or new words.

Lengthy to read; I felt confused - sequencing is not dilineated, some redundancy in directions.

I don't believe that students would operate this program easily and efficiently. Directions are not totally self-explanatory.

Some redundancy in purpose/directions, even some of the grammar was poor. It is unclear how the individual pieces are pulled to gather for a total plan.

The software could be used for career exploration and career and personal development. Describe the different aspects of a balanced life - careers, family, finances, health, mental, social, and spiritual. Explain the stages of goal writing process.

   How would you use this program in a client counseling situation? (List and explain the specific steps you would do so that another counselor could clearly understand how to use this program in a client setting)

Explain the stages of goal writing process.

Purpose: Helping students set goals (working with groups or individuals). goa through directions together and complete several examples before asking students to work independently.
