Ideas For Uses of the Software
Uses in the classroom:
How would you use this program or a particular part of this program in a classroom lesson? (List and explain the specific steps you would do so that another faculty member could clearly understand how to use this program in the classroom)

After teaching the concept of "problem solving", I would have the student(s) work through the module that includes that concept (skill #2). Back to class ... feedback and discussion.

Stress management: Job Stress.

Uses in the Client Counseling:
How would you use this program in a client counseling situation? (List and explain the specific steps you would do so that another counselor could clearly understand how to use this program in a client setting)

For a student who described their particular "leadership" problem(s), I would designate a time the student could go through this program. I would prepare the student on the different areas of leadership the program covers, and then make them aware of the time frame needed, etc. I would encourage the student to take notes, so that we could discuss the results of their learning experience with the program.
