Full Web Course Review Criteria
`access:`	Does the course require passwords? special software? Can you preview any/all of the course materials?
`format:`	Is the schedule a fixed start and end date? open-entry/open exit? Do students work in groups at all? Is the pacing of the course "lockstep" or "guide post"? Is interaction synchronous or asynchronous? How are assignments, testing, and grading handled?
`interaction:`	What are the means of teacher-student and student-student interaction? i.e. e-mail, listservs, chat rooms, message boards, video conferencing)? Does the material use the resources of the Internet or is it a page-turner? Can materials be easily printed?
`support:`	What resources are available for students (i.e tutoring, help pages, FAQs, technical problems?) How do you register for the course? Can you transfer credits?
